About Lovewell
Since 1989, Lovewell Institute has led workshops worldwide, creating 227 original shows and 3,405 songs while impacting thousands of lives. Our shows have been performed in high schools across the U.S. and Sweden, earning top honors at Thespian Festivals. The Lovewell Method has been featured in dissertations, journal articles, and documentaries.

Our staff includes professional artists and educators who integrate problem-based learning into the creative process. They teach at top universities, direct productions, tour with bands, conduct orchestras, and produce original work—sharing creativity as their greatest gift to the world.
The Lovewell Method
The Lovewell Method is a unique interdisciplinary arts approach that fosters collaboration and creativity. Students, guided by professionals, start with a blank slate and create an original musical in weeks—developing themes, characters, music, and choreography from their own imagination and experiences.

By actively contributing rather than passively learning, students gain a deep sense of teamwork and accomplishment. This process builds character, enhances problem-solving, critical thinking, and leadership skills, and provides valuable experience that lasts a lifetime.
