ANIMAL ENCOUNTERS: STUDENT EDITION

High School, College, Recent Graduates are eligible to apply. Participants will develop a 20-minute original playscript.
Selected playwrights will receive a $2,000 honorarium

Lovewell Camp is a world of creativity where the visual and performing arts, and immersive games enhance communication and teamwork skills. Participants ages 9-16 will perform an original play at the 500-seat Hollywood Central Performing Arts Center.

The fourth film in the Center’s Open Dialogues series, Gen QueerZ gives voice to college and university students who are among the first generation to be “out” while attending high school and living at home.
