Nathan Sawaya: The Art of the Brick Tour Guidelines
Looking for an exciting and enriching activity for your group this summer?
For a fun, engaging, and creatively stimulating experience, come check out Nathan Sawaya: The Art of the Brick, the 2012 summer exhibition at the Art and Culture Center of Hollywood. The 37-year-old New York artist presents works created solely from standard LEGO bricks. This exhibition is a unique opportunity for your group to observe and enjoy nearly one million colorful LEGO pieces transformed into whimsical and awe-inspiring works of art. Children of all ages will be fascinated to see these imaginative and colorful pieces rendered by Sawaya’s creative and spectacular vision.
Sawaya’s exhibitions are shattering attendance records at museums around the world, as the art’s appeal crosses over to both casual viewers and aficionados of contemporary art alike.
All group tours are provided with a guided talk. After completing the guided exhibition walk through, visitors are invited to spend time in the LEGO Activity Area.
The Art and Culture Center’s staff will be available to arrange a specific date and time for your visit based upon your desired schedule and the availability of the Center’s galleries.
