Free Family Day: Little Red Riding Hood

Sun, Oct. 19, 2008, 1 pm
FREE, ArtsPark at Young Circle

Little Red Riding Hood learns not to talk to strangers, and gets a big scare! The classic children’s story is told through music, narration and dance. Colorful costumes, comic characterizations and exciting dance sequences add to the familiar story.

Momentum’s dancers follow the performance with a special Halloween dance party for kids in the audience (parents can join in, too!). DJ Vaughn spins seasonal favorites like “Monster Mash” as the kids join the dancers on stage to dance like scary Halloween creatures: witches, ghosts, werewolves and more! Kids are invited to wear their favorite Halloween costumes and boogie!

Location: ArtsPark at Young Circle, US-1 and Hollywood Blvd. (Rain location: Hollywood Central Performing Arts Center, US-1 and Monroe St.)
