Juan Maristany is a Miami based video artist, VJ, and electronic musician. Having been consistently interested in introducing the element of chance and the misuse of technology in the processing of audio and video, Maristany utilizes digital collage, custom software, and found video and sounds in the creation of his works.
Surface Area is a multi-media installation/exhibition of works dealing with multiple realities, the space inside of small moments in time, and the liberation in observing and amplifying these bits of reality.
