Over 360 members strong, the orchestra continues to be recognized as Florida’s premier youth orchestra. Students participate in seven divisions, working with a faculty of 22 professional musicians. Performances are offered for thousands of concertgoers annually, in addition to regular appearances on local and national television and radio. FYO also has five professionally recorded CDs.
