Bits ‘N Pieces Puppet Theatre presents its musical production of The Ugly Duckling using giant nine-foot-tall puppets. A unique combination of talented puppeteers and actors bring a new dimension to the world of live theater. Bring the entire family, as these bigger-than-life puppets even make adults feel “child-sized.” Meet the cast after the show and take your picture with the performers!
Bits ‘N Pieces’ adaptation of the beloved children’s story, The Ugly Duckling, tells the story of Pinky, a perky, hot pink Florida flamingo, hatched by a couple of very proper polar penguin parents! Pinky learns it’s hard to be different, but you must be yourself to find true happiness.
This performance is part of the Center’s 2010/11 family performing arts season.
