Artist work spaces available in downtown Hollywood

On behalf of The Hollywood Community Redevelopment Agency, The Art and Culture Center of Hollywood would like to announce the availability of lease spaces in Downtown Hollywood that may be used as artist studios . There are numerous smaller bays (approximately 1000 sq. ft.) located throughout the downtown area that are ideal for working artists. Over the past several month, new galleries have opened in Hollywood. Combined with the dynamic presence of The Art and Culture Center and its contemporary art exhibitions and programs, as well as the award-winning ArtsPark at Young Circle, Hollywood is an ideal destination for artists who are seeking reasonable rates for studio space in a creative and work friendly environment.
