Portfolio Academy

The Art and Culture Center of Hollywood’s Portfolio Academy is a 6, 8 or 10-week after-school program designed to work with students in grades 4-12 to develop a great range of techniques to create a portfolio of their work. This program helps students develop a practical approach to art-making by applying their imagination, creativity and learned skills. The curriculum connects the Sunshine State Standards for visual arts, language arts, math, and history.

High School Level for grades 9, 10, 11, and 12
10 weekly Classes held on Wednesdays starting October 15, 2008

Elementary Level for Grades 4 and 5
6 weekly classes held on Wednesdays starting January 21, 2009
4:00-6:00
Cost: $50

Middle School Level for Grades 6, 7, and 8
8 weekly classes held on Thursdays starting January 22, 2009
4:30-6:30
Cost: $60
